Excel Physical Therapy, headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, is an outpatient practice which has grown to 38 clinic locations in the Southeastern Pennsylvania region. Our treatment philosophy and business model are unique, and we take pride in delivering Hands-On therapy, while enabling our 150+ clinicians to spend ample one-one-one time for quality care with their patients. What you will be working on:

  • Resolving incoming insurance denials through online claims investigations, phone calls, appeals, and corrected claims.
  • Understanding and managing insurance A/R reports.
  • Identifying trends in denials and insurance processing issues.
  • Working with patients to assist with a variety of complex insurance issues while delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of fee schedules and expected reimbursement in order to identify and correct underpaid claims.

Full Time Position Hours:
Monday – Friday, flexible between 6 am and 6 pm. Remote work is permitted following an initial training period.

COVID-19 considerations:
The Revenue Cycle Team is working mostly remotely as a result of Covid-19. After an initial training period, all new team members can begin working remotely once individual performance metrics are being met.
