What do you like most about being a PT?
I love making human connections through conversation and being a positive part of someone’s journey to recovery. My goals are to provide evidence-based research to patients, educate them about their symptoms and empower them to live actively and enjoy movement!
Something personal:
Prior to practicing with Excel Physical Therapy, I lived around Nashville, Tennessee for a few years where my husband was stationed in the US Army. While in TN, I worked frequently with active duty soldiers and veterans. This was both a highly challenging and highly rewarding experience. Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my Golden Retriever, seeing family and friends, and cooking. I am a very active individual; some of my favorite activities include running, indoor cycling, lifting and hiking.
