Kathryn Rapp, PT, DPT
PT School and Year Graduated:
Arcadia University, Class of 2018
Certifications and professional accomplishments:
Member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Certified in LSVT BIG for treatment of Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions
I have broad interests including vestibular and neurological rehabilitation, courses in manual therapy, and earning my Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.
What do you like most about being a PT?
I find fulfillment as a PT by connecting with my patients through their interests and hobbies as it becomes that much more meaningful when they are able to enjoy returning to that activity with success following treatment.
Something personal:
In my free time, I enjoy running 5Ks, designing and making my own Halloween costumes, and travelling the country and the world. My Bachelor’s degree was in Archaeology so prior to becoming a PT, I participated in digs in Greece, Spain, and Pennsylvania. Travelling is one of my passions and I’ve been fortunate enough to study in Australia and work pro bono as a PT in Jamaica.
