Parisi speed school is a proven industry leader in sports performance enhancement for children ages 7 to 17.

We offer training classes at popular and convenient times.  A monthly membership allows you to participate in any of the classes your Performance Coach places you in – and you will have unlimited access during the month.

Parisi Speed School is not just for athletes.

The FREE Cat Club Challenge is a program developed to help motivate children to engage in regular exercises, as well as to test improvements in our athletes.

The Cat Club Challenge is a series of Physical Performance Tests that evaluate:

• Sprinting
• Jumping
• Change of Direction
• Strength
• Endurance

Numerical scores are given to each test. Then, these numbers are added up to determine which Cat Level a child has achieved. There are 8 levels – from Bobcat to Cheetah, the last of which is the most prestigious level a child can reach. Children will train harder to get to the next level. Each month children can be re-tested to measure positive improvements in their performance.

At Excel, we believe that Evaluation = Motivation. Come find out what Cat Level you are!

We hold FREE Cat Challenges on the second Saturday of each month.
