Erica joined the Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness team in May 2008, as a staff Physical Therapist at the Northeast location. She was promoted to Clinic Manager of our Krewstown office in November 2008. Erica received her Masters of Physical Therapy and BS in Health Science from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2003.

Prior to joining the Excel team, Erica worked at a busy outpatient clinic in Delaware County she was involved with the treatment of local high school athletes and the rehabilitation of various pre-operative and overuse injuries.

Erica’s interests lie in treating patients with pain originating from the spine which led her to pursue certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, also known as the McKenzie Method. She received this certification in May 2007. Additional clinical interests include orthopaedic injuries and sports medicine. Erica also recieved certification in Active Release Technique (ART) in February 2010.

Erica spends most of her free time with her husband Ryan and their Australian Shepherd, Bella. She enjoys running, having participated in several runs in the Philadelphia area including the Philadelphia Distance Run and Broad Street Run. Her goal is to complete a marathon.
