About Us

Excel and Apex Physical Therapy are owned and operated by Physical Therapists.

In 2011, when Excel Physical Therapy and Apex Physical Therapy merged, it was determined that the individual identities of the two brands will remain. The names would not be changed! There is a corporate identity (E & A Therapy) that is the result of the merger, but what will remain in the public eye are the individual brands, Excel and Apex Physical Therapy. It may appear that there are two different companies, but in fact they function as one.

Excel began in 1990 and Apex started in 2000. Both companies started with a simple goal: to take care of people. This common bond and philosophy allowed this merger to happen and flourish.

Our commitment to helping people remains the same. Our staff follows the same belief of providing progressive, quality care in a friendly and accommodating environment.

By providing excellent service and care, we continue to demonstrate our commitment to our patients each and every day.

Convenience. Care. Comprehensive Services.

At both Excel and Apex, our goal is to get you back to what you enjoy doing without limitations. Our PTs help you move beyond your current injury so you can take your health, sports performance and fitness to a higher level.

This is what makes us different from other physical therapy centers.

We see all new patients within 24 – 48 hours of when you first call us. In fact, many appointments are available on the same day. Best of all, you’ll receive one-on-one care and you’ll stay with the same physical therapist (PT) throughout your treatment.

We accept all major insurance carriers: this includes Medicare, Workers’ Compensation and MVA.
