Courtney Dagan joined the Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness team in October of 2011 as a staff Physical Therapist at the Northeast Philadelphia location.
Courtney graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Professionally, she has a strong interest in providing care with concentrations in orthopedic & sports medicine as well as a special interest in the foot and ankle. Courtney specializes in gait analysis, lower extremity assessment, and orthotics casting/fitting. She has also completed the Swodeam, Inc Manual Therapy level 1 and 2 certification.
Courtney played field hockey through high school and 3 years of college before switching her focus to physical therapy. She continues to have a passion for leading an active lifestyle, which now includes rock climbing and running.
Courtney’s goal is to focus her treatment on each patient’s individual needs and functional limitations to help them return to their activities.
In her spare time, Courtney enjoys staying active and being outdoors, whether it is camping, hiking, rock climbing, running, or horseback riding. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
