Adam Kessel joined Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness in October 2010 as a staff physical therapist in the Center City location.
Adam graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. During his time at Jefferson, Adam participated in a systematic literature review focusing on self-management programs for patients with multiple sclerosis. This systematic literature review was accepted for poster presentation at the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association conference in October 2010. Adam has a strong interest in sports medicine and orthopedics. In the future, Adam is interested in pursuing further certifications in orthopedics and manual therapy. He hopes to utilize the most current evidence-based research to provide the optimal, highest level of care possible for his patients.
During his free time, Adam enjoys running, playing bass guitar, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
