Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness is privately owned and operated by Physical Therapists.

Excel began in 1990, when co-owners Jeff Ostrowski, PT and Joe Ruhl, PT, ATC opened up a small clinic having one simple goal: to take care of people.

Despite the growth since then, Excel’s commitment to helping people remains the same. Our staff follows the same belief of providing progressive, quality care in a friendly and accommodating environment.

At Excel, our goal is to get you back to what you enjoy doing without limitations. Our PTs help you move beyond your current injury so you can take your health, sports performance and fitness to a higher level.

We see all new patients within 24 – 48 hours of when you first call us. In fact, many appointments are available on the same day. Best of all, you’ll receive one-on-one care and you’ll stay with the same physical therapist (PT) throughout your treatment.

We accept all major insurance carriers: this includes Medicare, Workers’ Compensation and MVA.

We offer flexible hours, including early morning and evening, at all of our convenient locations. Plus, we offer free patient transportation at select locations.  This service benefits those who have difficulty getting to out-patient physical therapy.

We are here for you every step of the way-even after treatment has ended.

Our physical therapists understand the importance of education; they will teach you what caused your condition and how to prevent it from recurring.
